The objectives of the undergraduate Civil Engineering Programme are to provide an environment in which:

1. To develop graduates with competence in the field of civil engineering, as demonstrated through career advancement and leadership in practice or research, and in other fields they choose to pursue.
   培養具有土木工程知識領域能力的畢業生，通過職業發展和實踐或研究中的領導才能證明，以及他們選擇追求的其他領域的能力；

2. To prepare graduates in the general areas of logical analysis, critical thinking, rational design, and ethical engineering practice.
   為邏輯分析，批判性思維，合理設計和道德工程實踐等一般領域的畢業生做好準備；

3. To prepare graduates for advanced education in civil engineering and related fields.
   為畢業生準備進入土木工程及相關領域的高等教育做好準備。
