Through training and competition\, teams challenge each other to raise the bar on the possible. It is the largest and most prestigious programming contest in the world. \nEach team is composed of up to 3 college students and can use one computer. Participants need to work together to conduct mathematical analysis\, data structure and algorithm design and code writing. After each question is solved\, it has to be submitted to the online evaluation system. Team which can solve the most problems in the shortest cumulative time will win the championship and will be qualified to enter the world finals. This position is intended to complement and strengthen existing departmental staff expertise. We are seeking candidate with a proven track record in scientific research\, an innovative research vision\, and a commitment to education. \nFST is the oldest and one of the most vibrant faculties at UM\, dedicated to student-centric education and cutting-edge research in engineering and science. All of its bachelor’s degree programmes in engineering and computer science are accredited by the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (HKIE) and recognized worldwide. UM is among the top 1% in Essential Sciences Indicators (ESI) rankings in both Engineering and Computer Science. In the THE World University Ranks\, the Engineering and Technology programme is ranked among the 126th – 150th and the Computer Science programme is among the top 200\, arising from its status of a local community college in less than 10 years. \nCIS was founded in 1990 and currently has 25 academic staff. The Department offers Bachelor’s\, Master’s and PhD degree programmes\, which cover the main aspects of modern computer science and related technologies. CIS has equipped fifteen laboratories with advanced facilities and rich software tools for its students and academic staff to develop their course projects\, final year projects and R&D projects. DESCRIPTION:隨著科技飛速的發展，以5G為代表的物聯網技術成為現代科技發展的重要前沿，也是智慧城市建設的核心基礎技術之一。為了能吸引更多本地學生積極學習物聯網技術，培養澳門未來資訊科技人才，為建設智慧澳門、智慧大灣區貢獻力量，澳門大學將在7月12日到7月14日開展智慧城市與物聯網科技體驗夏令營。 \n本次夏令營依託于澳門大學科技學院電機及電腦工程系、澳門大學智慧城市物聯網國家重點實驗室開展。將邀請澳門大學相關領域知名學者介紹智慧城市和物聯網的基本概念、研究現狀、未來發展趨勢等，幫助學生對智慧城市和物聯網技術的發展建立全面、系統的認識。帶領學生參觀實驗室和瞭解澳門大學在智慧城市、物聯網領域的科創成果，激發學生在物聯網技術方向的興趣。除此之外，夏令營也將為學生提供物聯網技術設計課程，指導學生針對一個物聯網應用專題，完成項目設計、開發、調試、試驗驗證與應用展示等；在課程實踐的過程中，加強學生對物聯網的理解，培養學生的動手能力和團隊合作能力。 \nDate: July 12-14 \nTime: 900 – 1700 \n具體安排如下： \n7月12日 智慧城市與物聯網的簡介: \n學生先參觀澳門大學科技學院電機及電腦工程系、澳門大學智慧城市物聯網國家重點實驗室等，導師在參觀過程中介紹智慧城市、物聯網相關的基本概念。然後，邀請智慧城市、物聯網領域知名教授為學生做科普講座，主題包括但不限於傳感與通訊、大數據與人工智慧、智慧能源、智能交通等，幫助學生理解智慧城市、物聯網發展前沿 \n \n7月13日 物聯網系統課程設計：  \n導師介紹物聯網系統集成設計的基本原理和方法，然後指導學生針對一個物聯網應用專題，完成專案設計、開發、調試、試驗驗證與應用、項目成果匯報等，培養學生們的工程思維能力和動手能力。通過項目實踐，加深學生們對物理網技術的理解 \n \n7月14日 夏令營成果分享與總結：  \n各項目小組分別以自己設計成果進行討論交流，分享各自項目的設計原理及最終成果、夏令營的收穫與感受等。將邀請大學相關領域學者對各組項目成果進行點評和參與討論。 \nApplication: please download and submit the application form to royleong@um.edu.mo by 14 June 2021 (Download) \nPlease click this link to see more details of each camp: Summer Camp Info \n\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n  \n
