Abstract

CAN protocol, which stands for Controller Area Network, being one of the most popular autobus protocols. Since more and more deployments of CAN bus have been deeply implemented in modern automobiles, the reliability of CAN bus transmission has been increasingly noticed by modern automobile researchers. Especially when CAN bus hung up due to some unknown reasons, we need to identify some potential faults from recent data transmission. These talks are to discuss the CAN bus communication and the control scheme using iPAD programming environment. Also, applications of iPAD programming to a mobile robot communication will be discussed in the meeting.
