Dr. Liu received his B.Eng. degree in Automation from Sun Yat-sen University in 2013, and the Ph.D. degree in Control Engineering from the University of Hong Kong in 2018 under the supervision of Prof. James Lam. For his doctoral and post-doctoral research, he was supported by the HKU Postgraduate Scholarship and the PH-ITF Fellowship, respectively. Since 2022, he has been a faculty member at the Department of Electromechanical Engineering, University of Macau, where he is currently an Assistant Professor.

Research Interests

I am broadly interested in control, optimization, and learning of networked multi-agent systems, and their applications to multi-robot systems, intelligent systems, and automation networks. Multi-interdisciplinary collaboration is also welcome!
