In particular, I proposed the intelligent reflecting surface (IRS) in 2018 with Prof. Rui Zhang and it has gained significant attention from both academia and industry for applications in IoT and 6G wireless systems. I was also invited to develop the 6G White Paper and the proposed IRS has been listed as the key technology in the broadband connectivity (See the following links).
