Intensive field measurements covering gaseous pollutants and airborne particulates at roadside microenvironments and ambient sites were performed in Macau with an aim to identify the major emission sources and establish\u00a0the emission source profiles for Macau urban areas; October, 2002.<\/li>\n<li>Led two Master degree students and two third year Bachelor degree students to a research visit at University of Washington, Seattle, Washington to carry out laboratory experiments for the cooperation project \u201cDynamics of Gravity Currents\u201d between University of Macau and University of Washington; August 2002.<\/li>\n<li>Participated in the two field water-quality monitoring surveys at the University of Washington under their water-quality information collection project.
