Davis Langdon and Seah is one of the world’s biggest firm of quantity surveyors and cost engineers providing professional consultancy services to the construction industry. Our services include providing cost and contractual advice to property developers. We have been operating in Hong Kong since 1949 and in China since 1982.  We were the first Quantity Surveying practice to be established in Hong Kong.

We are a worldwide office throughout the world in 25 countries included Asia, Europe, Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, USA and South Africa with over 3,800 staff.

We have 10 offices with over 800 staff in both Hong Kong, Macau and China. The China offices are in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Chongqing, Wuhan, Tianjin, and Shenyang.

We intend to select smart degree holders of science subjects and train up them to be a Quantity Surveyor through a structured training programme. Selected trainees will be organized to attend a series of seminars in Hong Kong Office in the first two years.
