Programme Intended Learning Outcomes (PILOs) (MSCI-IOT)

Graduates of the Master of Science in Internet of Things Program are expected to know and demonstrate the following:

• Pilo1 An ability to apply knowledge of mathematics, science, and engineering appropriate to the degree discipline.
• Pilo2 An ability to design and conduct experiments, as well as to analyse and interpret data.
• Pilo3 An ability to design a system, component or process to meet desired needs within realistic constraints, such as economic, environmental, social, political, ethical, health and safety, manufacturability and sustainability constraints.
• Pilo4 An ability to identify, formulate and solve engineering problems.
• Pilo5 An ability to use the techniques, skills, and modern engineering tools necessary for engineering practice appropriate to the degree discipline.
• Pilo6 An ability to use the computer/IT tools relevant to the discipline along with an understanding of their processes and limitations.
