On March 20, 2026, Prof. Jin-Song Hu from the Institute of Chemistry, Chinese Academy of Sciences, delivered a seminar titled “Electroanalysts for Proton Exchange Membrane Water Electrolysis” at E11-G012.
Hosted by Prof. Hui Pan, the talk focused on developing high-performance, low-loading Pt and Ir electrocatalysts for sustainable hydrogen production. Prof. Hu introduced innovative strategies including single atomic Pt/Pd catalysts and high-entropy rutile oxides. His research offers promising thermodynamic and kinetic approaches to advance PEM water electrolysis technology.
