The main purpose of establishing the Embedded Systems Laboratory is to provide a good environment for student to study well. So each student would have chances to operate and apply the equipment and instrument about the development of the software and hardware of Embedded Systems.
Facilities
In the laboratory, there are 25 PCs which are used to connect to the ALTERA DE2 development and education boards. On the other hand, all PCs are networked. So information and data can be obtained and shared easily and quickly. Besides the above equipment, there are some other common electronic instruments, e.g. Digital Oscilloscope, Digital Multi-meter, Digital Frequency Meter, Signal Generator and Power Supply, etc.
